Information Technology Support Technician

Mostly remote helpdesk position, supporting agencies statewide with some field service travel required and on-call. Flexible schedule.

Preferred:

VMware experience
Remote Desktop experience(RDP/RDS)

Required:

Passion for IT Persistence in problem solving
Windows 10/2012/2016+ experience
Fundamental understanding of networking and networking devices
Network cabling
Basic understand of AC/DC wiring
Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
